Returns
At The Merchman, all items are made to order. We don’t hold stock — every product is printed specifically for each order.
Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
We only accept returns or offer replacements if:
- Your item arrives damaged, or
- There is a printing or manufacturing error, or
- You receive an incorrect item
If something’s gone wrong, no stress — we’ll make it right. PLEASE NOTE: Minor variations in colour or print placement are a normal part of custom-made garments and are not considered faults
Refunds
In most cases, we’ll arrange a replacement rather than a refund.
If a replacement isn’t possible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are not offered for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
Reporting an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem (where applicable)
