At The Merchman, everything is made to order — we don’t hold stock, and each piece is printed just for you.

Because of that, we don’t offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there’s been a printing error.

If that happens, no stress — just reach out and we’ll replace it, no fuss.

Include your order number and photos showing the issue.
