Order Processing
All items are made to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched between 1 - 5 business days.
Delivery Methods
Most orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
In some cases, single T-shirt orders may be sent via standard delivery where packaging allows letterbox delivery.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or peak periods.
Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Orders sent via standard (non-tracked) delivery do not include tracking.
Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Items
For orders sent via tracked services, delivery issues can be investigated using the courier’s tracking information.
For orders sent via standard (non-tracked) delivery, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If an order does not arrive, we may ask that a reasonable delivery window is allowed before investigating.
Replacements or refunds for non-tracked orders are not automatic and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery sits with the courier.
We’ll always assist where possible, but outcomes may depend on the courier’s investigation.
